Xponential Outsourcery, as an idea, took shape 15 years back when Mike, Steve, Amanda & Sash were at the peak of their consulting careers. All of us had served C -Level assignments with multiple North American businesses across the spectrum. We hit upon on the fact that small and medium businesses had limited options when it came to riding the outsourcing wave.

The choice lay between the‘ Fortune 500 mindset’ ( ‘Providers with a Prima Donna, we know it all’ approach, Pricey, Contracts that tie you down) and the offshore sweatshops(Low on ethics, Weak on infrastructure/ protocols and not quite in sync with the ‘ North American business culture’). Sounds familiar?

All the while, our clients were telling us what they really wanted from an outsourcing partner. And we were ‘listening’ and working on our business model.
